SHIPPING & TURN AROUND TIME

ALL TIMES DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS AND/OR HOLIDAYS

All packages are shipped via USPS Mail or UPS. All items are delivered via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. We are not responsible for products once they have been scanned/received by the postal service. You must file a claim on any packages lost, stolen & damaged. All postage contains insurance up to the value of purchase.

If you are local you can choose local pickup and you will receive an email when your order is ready.

TRANSFERS

  • In Stock RTS (ready to ship) transfers will ship in 1-3 business days
  • Sublimation Transfers will ship in 1-3 business days

 

    CUSTOM SUBLIMATION ITEMS

    • All Items with sublimation images are made to order. 
    • Custom sublimation items  will ship in 1-7 business days.
    • If ordering a custom item using your photo please make sure to send the photo to me within 24 hours to ensure a quick turn around. Email photos to jennifer@inkedinthyme.com. Make sure files are sent in jpeg, png or svg format. 
    • Please make sure to double check the spelling of any items that you are requesting personalization.  If I make a mistake with the spelling I will replace the item at no cost but if you misspell what is sent to me, I am not responsible for replacing the item. 

    Tumblers, Mugs & Cups

    • All mugs & tumblers are made to order. 
    • Mugs & Tumblers will ship in 1-5 business days.
    • If you are ordering a mug or tumbler with customization, please make sure to double check the spelling. 
    • If you are ordering a snow globe cup, please make sure to select the glitter color you would like. 

    Custom Orders

    • We welcome custom orders! Please send us a message using the chat feature or the Contact Us form.  

      ALL SALES ARE FINAL

      • Due to the nature of the transfers, screen print, DTF & sublimation transfers are not returnable.
      • I am NOT responsible for transfers applied incorrectly or for any damage that occurs after the transfer has been applied.  Please read the pressing instructions prior to ordering and review the instructions before applying the transfer. If using a sublimation transfer, please ensure you are using the correct material, color and heat press settings. 
      • Please review your order before final checkout. There will not be changes allowed once you have completed your order.
      • If you have a discount code please make sure you enter the code PRIOR to final check out. Refunds will not be made for missed discount codes. 
      • Cancellations are not allowed once the order is placed.
      • Inked In Thyme is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. 
      • If for any reason I am unable to fulfill part or all of an order, I will offer either a refund or a store credit.  
      • NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we happily accept returns for items that arrive damaged or if an incorrect item has been sent to you. Unfortunatley, we can't offer returns or refunds for other reasons. Thank you for your understanding.  If there is an issue with your order please reach out to me within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email me at sales@inkedinthyme.com. Please make sure to include your name, order number, pictures of the defected item and your contact information.  If a store credit is found necessary it will be sent to you via email. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please if you have any concerns email me immediately so I can make things right.
